Now, on to the second part of our Europe trip! We took the train from Amsterdam to Paris, which took about three hours. One of the very first things we saw when we got off was a movie poster for the Hangover 2, except it was called “Very Bad Trip 2″. Lol.
Randoms:
- So much detail in the architecture here in Paris!
- I took French in middle and some of high school, so I’m trying to dig what French I do know from the back of my brain.
- Our apartment here is in a great location in St. Germain du Pres, but it is basically a renovated garage. Not much light gets in, so it’s hard to wake up in the mornings, but it’s a great price for our location and we’re not here to see an apartment. We’re here to see Paris!
- Definitely reworking the same basics from my suitcase into as many outfits as possible. Today I threw on a neck scarf to go with the French vibe.
Tomorrow we will be meeting up with one of my best friends from college and her boyfriend who it just so happens will be in Paris on the same day!!! I feel like timing never works out quite this well, so we’re obviously excited!
