Poshmark Party!

I’ve been meaning to write about Poshmark for a while. I think it’s an app that every girl needs. Similar to Ebay, you can sell unwanted items from your closet, but it’s in a social and fun atmosphere. Imagine a newsfeed of clothes, shoes, bags, and jewelry listed by fashionable people for discounted prices.

My absolute favorite thing about Poshmark are their parties. Now usually they are not parties in the traditional sense of getting a group of people together IRL. These are digital parties my friends. Digital parties with THEMES. Yes, themes such as Leather & Lace or Bold Accessories. It is seriously a great way to shop and be inspired by others while doing so.

Now let’s get down to the good stuff. February 29th will make history. From 6-9pm PST at Acre/SF there will be a Party Dresses Posh Party. So while people from across the globe will party together on the app, those living in or around SF can get together and see some party dresses in person! I will absolutely be there and would love to see you there too! You will find my listings @stylecomb.

Question for you…

After finding out that I could definitely benefit from a pair of glasses for working on the computer and driving, I knew right away that they would be Warby Parkers. But here’s the real question… Which pair is the best kind of dork possible?

Castello Di Amorosa

When I think of castles I normally don’t think Napa, CA. But maybe now I will. This badboy has 107 rooms on 8 levels. It boasts a moat, drawbridge, peacocks, and even a torture chamber. The best part is that it’s full of wine.

You should go.

Hotel California

Sweater: RVCA, Pants: JBrand, Sunglasses: Karen Walker, Field: Napa

This is why I love California. Can you blame me? My favorite moments in life are when you stumble upon something you didn’t plan and all you can do in return is smile.

Navy Blue

Top: J.Crew, Skirt: Forever21, Tights: Kate Spade, Shoes: Anthropologie, Necklace: Gold & Citrus, Watch: Michael Kors

I’m not sure what it is, but I’ve been very into navy blue lately. Even my nails are navy. I’ve also been into red… maybe I’m feeling Patriotic? Obama is in town after all.

February Birchbox

1. Shu Uemura Nourishing Protective Hair Oil | 2. Juice Beauty Blemish Clearing Serum | 3. Kiehl’s Clearly Corrective Dark Spot Solution | 4. Eye Rock Designer Liner | 5. Supersmile Powdered Mouthrinse

Definitely my favorite thing from the box this month is the Shu Uemura hair oil. It smells amazing, plus makes my hair look silky soft without making it dirty or greasy. I haven’t had the box long enough to really know how well the two skin solutions work, and haven’t tried the mouthrinse yet either! I know this isn’t much help… As for the Eye Rock, I was a little scared about them when I saw the eye liner designs and how big they are. But after watching this video I’m pretty excited to try it out and will most likely have it on in an outfit post sometime soon.

If it’s gloomy out, just dress like a creamsicle. It makes everything better.
